Language and culture
 Palashbaria Union is a traditional union on the banks of the Madhumati River
 where many famous people lived in this union since the Mughal period.
 Their language and culture was very beautiful. That language and
 culture is still prevalent in Palashbaria Union. 
 Jhamabazar and Palashbaria fairs are held every year. Boat races,
 horse races and fairs are held every year on the occasion of fairs
 in the Union. Thousands of people gather in the fair. Apart from this,
 Putul Nach, Nagar Dola, Paola Khel etc are held in the fair.
