Today 06/02/2023 AD Time: 11:00 am A meeting was held at the UP office building for the first phase of the project acceptance and project implementation committee of the rural infrastructure protection (Kabita) action plan. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Syed Sikandar Ali Chairman No. 07 Palashbaria Union Parishad Mohammadpur, Magura.
Item 1: Minutes of the previous meeting were read and unanimously adopted and approved without any change.

No. 2 topic of discussion: In today's meeting, the Chairman presented the memorandum No. 51.01.5566.000.41.002.22-43 dated 30/01/2023 AH of the Upazila Nirbahi Officer Mohammadpur, Magura and drew the attention of all present and informed that 2022-23 An allocation of Rs.544,269.00 has been received under the 2nd phase of Rural Infrastructure Protection (Kabita) Action Plan for the financial year. Accordingly, project acceptance and project implementation committees are proposed.
  The members/members present discussed the matter in detail and unanimously decided to accept the following project and form the project implementation committee.

01. Renovation of the road from Madhupur Swadhan Pal's house to Yeshovantpur Akram Munsi's house.
