Today 110/10/2022 A.D. at 12.00 noon, a meeting was held to form the first phase project acceptance and project implementation committee of the rural infrastructure protection (Kabikha) work program at the UP office building. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Syed Sikandar Ali Chairman No. 07 Palashbaria Union Parishad Mohammadpur, Magura.
Item 1: Minutes of the previous meeting were read and unanimously adopted and approved without any change.

No. 2 topic of discussion: Chairman Mr. Upazila Nirbahi Officer Mohammadpur, Magura presented the memorandum No. 51.01.5566.000.41.002.22.340 dated 11/09/2022 AD and attracted the attention of all present and informed that 2022- Allocation of 8.500 tonnes of wheat has been received under the first phase of Rural Infrastructure Protection (Kabikha) Program of FY23. Project acceptance and project implementation committee are required to be formed by the said allocation.
  The members/members present discussed the matter in detail and unanimously decided to accept the following project and form the project implementation committee.
01. Renovation of the road to the house.
